WHAT'S COVERED Each student will decorate 12 cupcakes with intricate buttercream flowers made by themselves during the class. We will cover - how to make non-airy buttercream perfect for delicate flower piping (Demo) - how to use various piping tools - how to modify piping tips to suit your needs - how to pipe min roses, mini chrysanthemums, tulip, daisy, anemone, hydrangea (version 2.0), leaves - how to arrange flowers onto cupcakes Practice with me by side to work on right angles, palm pressure and wrist position to help perfect your flowers! WHO CAN JOIN This class is intermediate level which is designed for those who have previous experiences on flower piping. If you’ve got zero experience, this class might be challenging however, this is a small group workshop where you will get a plenty of one on one time with me so, as long as you are prepared to have fun and give your full attention on the day, you are welcome to join us! WHAT'S INCLUDED Recipes, cupcakes and a cake box to take home with you WHAT TO BRING All the tools and equipment are provided so no need to bring anything! CLASS SIZE up to 6 students (minimum of 3 attendees for the class to run) CLASS DURATION Approximately 5 hours CLASS LOCATION 3 Jean Wailes Avenue, Rhodes NSW 2138 ** Street entry is located next to 7 JWA (towards 9 JWA) TERMS & CONDITIONS Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your seat. Please note that all classes booked online are non-refundable however may be transferable to another person. Transfer of bookings to another person can be made up to 3 days prior to your class commencement by contacting us directly via email. If a class has been cancelled due to low attendance or any other matter outside of our control, cancellation notification will be sent to you as soon as possible and no later than 48hours before the day of your class. In the case of cancellation by us, students will be offered the option to reschedule or a full refund.
