WHAT'S COVERED Everything there is to know about baking & building a cake, handling buttercream and sophisticated flower piping! - how to make perfectly textured buttercream (Demo) We are going to cover 2 different types of buttercream during class 1. super smooth and light buttercream for masking and filling 2. non airy buttercream perfect for delicate flower piping - how to prep and handle ingredients properly and bake a luscious vanilla cake (Demo) - how to cut, fill, stack, crumb-coat and mask a cake - how to render soft buttercream and achieve clean finish and laser cutting sharp edges - how to use various piping tools - how to modify piping tips to suit your needs - learn to pipe IncrEdible Flower Cakes’ signature roses, hydrangeas and leaves - practice with me by side to work on the right angles, palm pressure and wrist position to help perfect your flowers - how to arrange flowers into a design of your choice by using flower lifter WHO CAN JOIN This class is entry level so anyone can join! No prerequisite required. If you’ve got zero experience, that’s absolutely fine! :) This is a small group workshop where you will get a plenty of one on one time with me. However, beginner's course can be intense as we cover extensive amount of information to help you gain a solid foundation so it is very important that you are prepared to have fun and give your full attention on the day :P WHAT'S INCLUDED Recipes, a cake and a cake box to take home with you WHAT TO BRING All the tools and equipment are provided so no need to bring anything! Light snacks and beverage will also be provided. CLASS SIZE up to 6 students (minimum of 3 attendees for the class to run) CLASS DURATION Approximately 5 hours CLASS LOCATION 3 Jean Wailes Avenue, Rhodes NSW 2138 ** Street entry is located next to 7 JWA (towards 9 JWA) TERMS & CONDITIONS Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your seat. If a class has been cancelled due to low attendance or any other matter outside of our control, cancellation notification will be sent out to you as soon as possible. In the case of cancellation by us, students will be offered the option to reschedule or a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that all classes booked online are non-refundable however may be transferable to another person. Transfer of bookings to another person can be made up to 3 days prior to your class commencement by contacting us directly via email. If a class has been cancelled due to low attendance or any other matter outside of our control, cancellation notification will be sent to you as soon as possible and no later than 48hours before the day of your class. In the case of cancellation by us, students will be offered the option to reschedule or a full refund.
